When can I arrive?
It depends who you are. You can only arrive on site after the time agreed with your Director. General teams are not permitted before Saturday 28th December. No under 18s are permitted on site until 1st January.

When can I leave?
Again, with approval of your Director, you can remain on site until Saturday 11 January.

Where will I stay when I arrive early?

We want you to set up camp once and stay there for the duration of the event, so it is important that you check with your Sub Camp before setting up camp.

Service Leaders will be camping on Site 2. Contact ua.moc.stuocs.wsn.eerobuc|nayr.neimaD#ua.moc.stuocs.wsn.eerobuc|nayr.neimaD
Some Service Leaders will be accommodated in the Pods or other approved locations on site. You are still considered part of the Service Leader sub camp for services and support purposes.

Site 8 facilities will be youth friendly at all times.

If you are bringing a caravan, trailer tent or similar sleeping vehicle, please contact ua.moc.stuocs.wsn.eerobuc|snavarac#ua.moc.stuocs.wsn.eerobuc|snavarac to let us know and find out where you will set up. No power or water connections are provided or permitted.

What age do I have to be?
Before 1st January – over 18.
From 1st January 10am – Registered Junior Service Leaders can come to help and stay on site.
Unregistered minors are not permitted. Do not bring them to help. They will be refused entry.
Do not bring Cubs to help. Leave it as a surprise.
After 11 January 10am – over 18.

Will I be fed if I come in early?
From dinner on 1st January, a third party catering services is available on Site 8 for pre-booked meals only. You must complete the booking through your registration online (details available early November). If you are not booked in, you will not get a meal at this facility. If you book a meal and do not come for it, your Directorate will be cross-charged for the meal. If you choose to go off site instead of attending a meal you have pre-booked, your Directorate will be cross-charged for the meal.

What is the difference between WORKSAFE, CHILDSAFE and CUBSAFE?
The status of the site at any given time will be Worksafe, Childsafe or Cubsafe. This indicates the following:

Access to site by unregistered adults Unregistered adults and contractors may have unsupervised access to the site. All unregistered adults must be accompanied by a registered adult. All unregistered adults must be accompanied by a registered adult.
