Principals

Our project was founded on some basic principals. These were captured in a Project Charter and provided the context, drive and plan for the entire event. A copy of the project charter is available in SharePoint:

Mission Statement
Plan, deliver and review an​ attractive, affordable and accessible​ major event delivering​ quality youth program​ for more than 2,750 Cub Scouts​Supported by​ adequate adult leaders and parent helpers.​

In addition to the project charter, the Chief Director identified four key areas that would be a focus throughout all teams and all planning:
